Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how FindAI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit findai.us (the “Site”), take our quizzes or use our photo tools. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you give us. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. Quiz answers are processed to calculate your result; we do not ask for your name, address or phone number to take a quiz.
  • Automatically collected data. Like most websites, our servers and analytics tools log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and time spent. This is used in aggregate to understand traffic and improve the Site.
  • Share links. When you share a quiz result, we may create a short reference code so we can show your friend the right result and count how often results are shared. The code is not linked to your name or account.

2. Photos you use with our AI photo tools

Our photo filters are designed to run inside your browser. Where a tool works this way, your photo is processed on your own device and is not uploaded to or stored on our servers. If a specific tool ever needs server-side processing, the tool page will say so clearly before you upload, the image will be used only to produce your result, and it will be deleted automatically within 24 hours. We never use your photos to identify you, to build face templates or biometric databases, or to train AI models, and we never sell them.

3. Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, measure traffic and show advertising.

  • Google AdSense / Google Ad Manager. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more about how Google uses data from partner sites.
  • Analytics. We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited and approximate location; you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Amazon Associates. Some pages contain links to Amazon. If you click them, Amazon may set cookies to attribute purchases. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland will be asked for consent through a consent banner before non-essential cookies are used. You can change your choices at any time from the privacy settings link in the footer.

4. How we use information

  • To operate the Site, calculate quiz results and display shared results;
  • To measure and improve content and performance;
  • To show advertising that helps keep the Site free;
  • To respond to messages you send us;
  • To detect abuse, fraud and invalid traffic.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the Site (hosting, analytics, advertising, content delivery), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Site.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by law.

7. Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data retention and security

We keep server logs and analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, access controls) to protect it. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email [email protected] or use our Contact page.
